Remember the excitement you felt as a kid when you found the super secret prize at the bottom of the cereal box? That’s how we feel today. How come? Because today, we’re opening the gates on Snippet to one and all.
Cue the trumpets!
We’ve been in a closed beta up until now—releasing invites in small batches to the writers who had signed up to get one. Our closed beta was a wonderful experience. We learned so much from the writers who were first in the door and the readers who first took the plunge. There’s no way the Writer Dashboard or Reading App would be as elegant and unobtrusive as they are today without their feedback.
You may not think it, but reimagining the reading and writing experience is one helluva endeavor—tough as heck but fun as all get out. Our team has obsessed over the little details to ensure that our writing, publishing, and reading experiences are smooth, easy, and immersive. And now, we’re opening the flood gates.

For those of you learning about Snippet for the first time, allow me digress for a wee moment.
We are a technology startup company obsessed with one thing: reimagining the way we read and write stories to promote greater concentration and heightened learning. We live in an age of endless distraction and overwhelming information. Current generation technologies have, in part, gotten us into this pickle. Next generation technologies must do better. Ours will, and already is.
