We are aware of issues with video loading and video load bars . We are working on fixing it. 

In the meantime, you can try these troubleshooting tips: 

1. Allow videos time to load. (This may take several minutes depending on internet connection.)
2. After waiting, try playing the video, even if the load bar does not show it has loaded.
3. Swipe to the next chapter and come back. (This sometimes will fix it.)
4. Close Snippet and re-open. Allow videos time to load on each chapter without advancing before they finish.

If none of the above fix the problem, we are really sorry. We will have an App update out shortly that will fully resolve these issues.
