Social Discoverable Freezing (RESOLVED)

Some users are experiencing issues with the Social Discoverable Freezing or not populating with Tweets. This can be caused by a few things:
- You have given Snippet access to your Twitter account but you have not signed in to Twitter in your settings on your device.
- You have given Snippet access to your Twitter account but you have multiple accounts on your device.
- You have turned off access for Snippet to access your Twitter account
- You are using version 1.1.9 in which Twitter is slowly deprecating the API
